Artur is a principal character in Revolving Door who first appears in Chapter 9. Artur is a stoic, committed worker, the sort to grit his teeth and push forward with his duty. He previously applied his industriousness to his work as a boat surveyor, then as an icebreaker pilot after his hometown was nuked from the map. Artur is not an outwardly-oriented person, and he often dwells on the past he has lost. He can manipulate the flow of fluids and gases.
