Vesper

Vesper is a principal character in Revolving Door who first appears in Chapter 2. Vesper is a quintessential commanding officer: loyal to a fault, with a strong and sometimes uncompromising sense of justice. Able to accumulate and control electricity at voltages on par with lightning, she was trained as a weapon rather than a soldier, bearing twice the workload of her army peers. She shoulders too much responsibility and sometimes doesn't know when to stop.
